Spicy Thai noodles

This had a sweet,spicy and peanuty taste. It could have used a thicker sauce but I don’t know how to do that other than cook it with a teasp. of flour. I think it is better for a lunch than a dinner. I did not serve it with any thing because it had enough flavors to be by itself. This is so easy to make and quick. I would give this dish 3 and a half stars.

    Loved this dish too. It felt like a authentic dish from a Thai restaurant. Shrimp or chicken would be great proteins for this one. Love Dad

    gracie if you want to thicken it use cornflour it is better than ordinary flour
