Black Bean Salsa Rolls
This was a spicy yet subtle taste experience with a hint of sweetness from the corn. This is an intermediate dish to make but it will take some time. There is no recipe for the salsa on the side so make sure to look up a recipe for salsa before you go to the store. I also added some cheese to it half way through the baking time so the cheese would be toasted when it came out. I made all different types of salsas and dips with these simple rolls to add new flavors to the tastes. I would give this dish 4 and a half stars because it is so filling and has such great tastes.
